Your entrance fountain is the first thing residents and guests see. When it's green, dry, or silent, people notice. We bring the same craftsmanship our residential customers rate 5 stars to HOAs, golf and country clubs, inns, campuses and churches across the Sandhills, and we keep those features running.
HOA entrances and common areas · golf and country clubs · hotels, inns and B&Bs · medical and office campuses · churches · retirement communities · towns and parks. You get one point of contact, Jon, and our own crew, not subcontractors.
Water features, built and cared for
Entrance & common-area features: waterfalls, streams, fountains and ecosystem ponds designed to look good from the road and up close. Waterfalls & streams, fountains, ecosystem ponds.
Monthly maintenance: a set monthly visit covering filter and pump service, debris and leaf removal, and water and equipment checks, so the feature stays off the board agenda. Pond maintenance, Care Packages.
Repair & leak detection: pumps, plumbing, liners and lost flow, including features someone else built. Pond repair, leak detection.
Clear water, fixed at the cause: better circulation, right-sized filtration, plants and cleanouts. We don't rely on chemicals. Algae control, pond won't clear.
Renovation of inherited features: the fountain or waterfall that came with the property and hasn't run right in years. Pond renovation.
Seasonal cleanouts: spring and fall, scheduled around your events. Pond cleaning.
We use the same pro-grade pumps, Firestone EPDM liner and filtration you'd get from the big-name installers, without the markup. Every proposal lists the equipment in writing, so your board or facilities team can compare apples to apples.
How it works
Site visit: we walk the feature or the spot and check power, water, access and sun, then talk through your goals and budget timing.
Written proposal: scope, equipment, schedule and price, in writing. Every property is different, so we don't post commercial pricing.
Build or repair: our own crew, scheduled around residents, guests, play or services.
Monthly care: an optional maintenance agreement with a visit every month.
Clear written proposals, a predictable monthly schedule and one person to call. We're local to the Sandhills, so we're around after the job's done. Licensed & insured, and a certificate of insurance is available on request.
What homeowners say
Our homeowner customers rate us 5.0 on Google.
"Jon and his team are second to none! The workmanship, dedication, and genuine care they show for their clients and attention to every detail truly set Carolina Water Gardens apart. ... Carolina Water Gardens is the team to trust!"
Yes. Carolina Water Gardens designs, builds and maintains water features for HOAs, golf and country clubs, inns, medical and office campuses, churches and retirement communities across Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Fayetteville, Sanford and the NC Sandhills, with the same craftsmanship behind our 5-star residential reviews.
How much does commercial or HOA water feature maintenance cost?
It depends on the feature's size, equipment and condition, so we price it after a site visit with a written proposal your board or facilities team can review. We don't post one-size-fits-all commercial pricing.
How often do you service commercial water features?
Commercial maintenance agreements include a monthly visit, plus spring and fall cleanouts as needed. Each visit covers filters, pumps, debris and a water and equipment check.
Can you take over a fountain or waterfall someone else built?
Yes. We regularly work on features we didn't build. We'll figure out how it was put together, fix what's failing and put it on a monthly schedule.
How do you fix a green or smelly water feature?
We fix the cause instead of treating the symptom: better circulation, right-sized filtration, aquatic plants and a proper cleanout. We don't rely on algaecides or dyes to mask the problem.
Do you service retention or stormwater ponds?
No. We focus on designed water features like fountains, waterfalls, streams and ecosystem ponds. We don't service stormwater or retention ponds, floating aerators, or stormwater compliance.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Carolina Water Gardens is licensed and insured, and we can provide a certificate of insurance on request.
Can work be scheduled around our events or residents?
Yes. We plan builds, repairs and cleanouts around tournaments, weddings, services and resident traffic, and confirm dates with you up front.
